When you arrive at the venue the first person from our staff you'll meet is Max.  He's going to give you two very important items: A wristband and an audition number.  That number will determine the order that you are auditioned. Its very important you do not lose your number or wristband, otherwise you'll be sent all the way back to the end of the line again to get new number from Max and his crew. Also keep in mind the lines may be long.  We never know exactly how people will show up, so please dress warm. You should consider this an ALL DAY COMMITTMENT.

 

The next step is the on site registration and check in-desk. It’s here you’ll submit all your paperwork and show your ID. Everyone in your act needs to fill out the paperwork, and it’s a lot better to download it right now, read it over carefully, and fill it out at home, then outside on the street. You going to need to bring some important stuff with you like an ID. We'd hate for you to wait in line, then get to the check in and not have what you need, so read the paperwork section carefully.

 

If there is a minor in your act or coming out to support you without their parent or legal guardian then there's some additional requirements, so make sure you read those regulations and come with the proper paperwork and identification.

 

After submitting your paperwork at our check-in desk, you'll be headed to our holding room where you may meet Jason.  We may do some large group video shots for the show in and around the holding room.  They're the shots we use in the audition episodes and it’s real important for the show that you come out and represent your city. It’s our attempt to get everyone who shows up to an audition on TV. 

 

It's in the holding room where you will wait until an audition room opens up. When it is your turn, Jason will call your audition number.  Remember keep that audition number with you at all times.

 

You may wait a long time, so feel free to bring something or someone to keep you company, or make some new friends while you wait.   We have different types of audition rooms for different talent. You'll be sent to the best room for your act. Your supporters will wait in the holding room until your audition is over.
