The judges of America’s Got Talent have completed their tour around the country, and all auditions are now over.  There is a last chance opportunity for you to make it on America’s Got Talent, though!  Submit a video of your talent for the AGT YouTube Contest!  A judging panel will choose 20 lucky acts to be featured on YouTube, where viewers will VOTE on their favorite act.  America’s favorite will perform on television on a special America’s Got Talent YouTube LIVE Show!

In recognition and honor of our new judge Howard Stern, we have decided to add one last open call.

On Monday February 27th, the producers will return to New York City for a one day only open call.

It is open to any age and any talent, and we’ll be there from 10am to 10pm.

If you auditioned in October when we were there the first time, you auditioned at any other open call this year you do not need to audition again.

This will be the last open audition for 2012.

Day one of the auditions were kicked with the Mayor proclaiming the auditions open and a parade. It’s our first trip to Austin, and the turnout was great.   We’ll be back to tape the show in March.

 

Howard Stern Replaces Piers Morgan

We are proud to announced that Howard Stern, American radio personality, television host and author, will serve as the new judge on the top-rated summer alternative series “America’s Got Talent.”

Stern will provide his feedback on the colorful array of hopeful future stars who are currently auditioning in major cities around the country for the show’s upcoming seventh season.
The announcement was made by Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Late Night Programming, NBC.

“Howard Stern’s larger-than-life personality will bring a thrilling new dynamic to ‘America’s Got Talent’ starting this summer,” said Telegdy. “He’s a proven innovator and his track record in broadcasting is truly remarkable. Howard is very passionate about this show and is fully committed to its future success.”
